The “Emerging Manager” scheme is a year long programme designed to develop and empower individuals within Everyone Active for future leadership roles.

It focuses on providing comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure individuals that the correct skills needed to excel as managers of the future.

We spoke to Dan, who is nearing the end of this scheme and is spent time at the Taro Leisure Centre in August being a General Manager.
